The staff was helpful. the hotel was clean and modern. i received an upgrade to the executive room. It featured a balcony. the location was convenient. It was a short walk to the link shopping mall.

The parking situation was not ideal. It was expensive and off-site.

Breakfast included many fresh options each morning. The staff was always friendly. the manager handled everything with care. the location is right with cafés and boutique shops around the corner.

The transfer arranged had issues. The driver yelled. i was abused when i said i did not have cash. there was no genuine care or customer service.

Inaccurate Room Description and Heating Issues

I am dissatisfied with my stay. The advertised air conditioning was a lie, the staff stated the entire hotel operated on a central heating system and that 'they had put the winter heating on' even though the outside temperature was in the mid 20s. This made the room unbearably stuffy. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of drains, quite off-putting.

I enjoyed a convenient location near Kolonaki. The breakfast included an a la carte menu. The staff was attentive and always ready to help with requests. They displayed a strong team spirit, fulfilling guest expectations.

My room lacked of natural light. There weren't windows to outside. It created a slightly stuffy atmosphere.
